AR Invoice Previewing in Dynamics SL (Solomon) — Accounts Receivable

The above video outlines the Accounts Receivable invoice preview feature for Microsoft Dynamics SL, formerly known as the Solomon ERP system. The video covers two different methods for previewing an invoice in Accounts Receivable, culminating in a screen that combines a Quick Query with a preview screen.

An invoice preview enables you to easily view your invoice before you send it out. You can access the feature via the Invoice Preview button at the bottom of the Invoice and Memo screen. As your batches are in a hold or balanced status, you can preview them on the screen and get a better idea of how they will look.
