Last month Microsoft announced their acquisition of the product business of Adxstudio, makers of a web portals platform based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Corporate Vice President Bob Stutz said as he announced the news, “With this acquisition of our longtime partner, our customers will immediately be able to take advantage of new and exciting ways to engage with customers online.”
Adxstudio web portals enable users to easily connect and extend their key sales and customer service business processes online. The portals work for both online and on-premises users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, who can take advantage of this offering right away.
Microsoft is also now owner of the Adxstudio Productivity Gallery, which has been offering free solutions that enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM for about a month. These little commonly-used solutions, such as dependency checking and auto-numbering, which are not yet offered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, will improve your CRM experience with or without Adxstudio Portals.

- Associate Workflow Helper: to associate/disassociate records in CRM through 1:n and n:n relationships such as adding a member to a distribution list.
- Azure Storage: enables you to leverage Azure blob storage services for files and saves on CRM storage quota.
