Microsoft Dynamics CRM delivers a big package of customer relationship management tools, and more are on the way in the upcoming release, but its functionality can be extended even more by independent software vendor (ISV) solutions that have been developed for use with it. Recently we’ve been taking a look at some of these ISVs, and today we’re looking at InsideView for Marketing, which enables Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to more easily build and maintain a clean database, enrich new leads in real time, and build marketing campaigns that produce more leads and a greater marketing return on investment (ROI).
InsideView announced this new suite of integrated solutions at Convergence this year. In October of last year, InsideView entered into an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Microsoft to deliver the Social Insights functionality that is now integrated into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. As a result, InsideView partnered with Microsoft on several presentations at Convergence this year.
InsideView for Marketing contains the following tools:
- InsideView Clean: Evaluates and updates marketing databases with accurate and complete company and contact information.
- InsideView Enrich: Automatically enriches lead records with accurate company and contact information for easier scoring and routing.
- InsideView Target: Enables highly targeted segmentation and list building based on key business events, social insights, or professional connections.
Fred Studer, General Manager, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, says, “Our vision for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is to help businesses deliver amazing customer experiences. Having easy access to accurate company and contact information as well as business insights and professional connections helps marketing and sales professionals have relevant, productive conversations. Our partnership with InsideView is absolutely vital in enabling us to deliver this critical information to our customers.”
