blog-gp-2016-aio-document-viewers-350x247 More All-In-One Document Viewers Coming to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016In our last couple of Microsoft Dynamics GP blog entries, we introduced the new HTML5 web client that will be delivered in the upcoming release of the solution, and we also took a look at the new web client search. Now let’s turn our attention to a couple of the other new features that are just around the corner: an expansion of the Purchasing all-in-one document viewer to other areas.

Did you enjoy the Purchasing all-in-one document viewer delivered last year? It proved to be quite popular, and next month Microsoft Dynamics GP will be delivering a Sales all-in-one document viewer. Now you’ll be able to view all related sales documents for a single transaction in one window. This feature will be accessible from Customer Maintenance, from many sales inquiry windows, from navigation lists, and from the home page.

But it’s not just your sales staff that will be enjoying the convenience and efficiency of an all-in-one document viewer, because one is also coming for Inventory. The Inventory all-in-one document viewer will enable you to view quantity in and quantity out transactions for one item in one window, and it will be accessible from Item Maintenance, from many item inquiry windows, from navigation lists, and from the home page.

Dozens of new features are coming in just a few weeks to Microsoft Dynamics GP, and like the all-in-one document viewers, they are all designed to make your work life a little easier and a little more productive.
