Dynamics SL (Solomon) 1099 Backup Withholding — Accounts Payable

This video provides an overview of the automated 1099 backup withholding feature in Microsoft Dynamics SL, formerly known as the Solomon ERP system. Learn how to set up and use this helpful feature.

The feature can be turned on, turned off, or adjusted on the 1099 tab of the AP Setup screen. Fields relevant to this feature are also found on the Vendor Maintenance screen for each vendor. If this feature is turned on, you will get a warning prompt when you choose a vendor from the Voucher and Adjustment Entry screen that has been flagged for backup withholding.
